Dear customers, we will take advantage of the quiet days after Christmas to maintain some parts of our front- & backend.
In the night from Monday (27th) to Tuesday (28th) our developers will work hard on a smooth transition of different parts within our Messenger Communication Platform. This will be necessary, as we want to provide further enhancements to the platform next year.
While this maintenance work takes place, we cannot prevent our platform from being not available for a few minutes up to a few hours. But we will try to keep the downtime as short as possible.
Please make sure to be prepared for a potential downtime between Monday, 27th of December at 10 p.m. until Tuesday, 28th of December at 2 a.m (CET).
